Everland

A much bigger theme park than Lotte World and tons more fun! The only thing is it is very far and is a hassle to get to.

Discounts:

I was subscribed to some kind of tourism page on Facebook that had an Everland discount promotion so that’s when I went!

Transportation:

You will have to use both subways and buses and this can be very confusing! It took us 3 times to get on the bus which comes every half hour, and our group got split up. There are so many people who try to get on and will PUSH you out of the way! That’s how we missed the first 2 buses. You have to be aggressive and knowledgeable about which buses to take. Don’t eat a heavy breakfast before you get on it either as you will most likely have to stand the entire way (about 2 hours) on the bus that takes some twists and turns at the end and made one of my friends sick.

Attire:

Wear shoes! TONS of walking! I think it’s the size of Disneyland or bigger! Everything is outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather, but bring a jacket if it’s fall because the evenings get cold fast!

Rides:

So many great ones! I loved the roller coasters there.  The T-Express has the steepest drop for a wooden roller coaster in the world! So fun! Get a map and plan which ones you want to hit first to avoid long lines later! One of my favorite non-roller coaster rides was the zoo bus ride because it got you super close to animals like bears, tigers, and lions. Also visit the baby animal park if you can because they are so adorable!
